Book shop
Registration: To
offer you the full functions of book
shop, we need you to provide basic registration or logging in
information, including your email address, password, telephone number, name, username.
Please note that you can voluntarily fill in your other Personal Information
including your company name, address and position. If you only need to use
basic functions such as browsing and searching, you do not need to register as
a book shop user and provide the above-mentioned information.
Ordering services: While ordering services on book shop, we will generate orders for you to
order services through the system and we will send you emails for confirmation
of your orders, payment notices and etc. Please note that your post address,
name, telephone number and email address are required for the confirmation per
email instead of per Website directly. If you need invoice, please provide your
name or company name for invoicing on the Website.
Online message: In case of any inquiry, you can leave your comments
or suggestions to us online and we will contact you back. Therefore, we need
you to provide your name, contact, title, company name and E-mail address as
mandatory fields.

overview of open course and online registration, we provide you an International
Training Management Tool (hereinafter referred to as “ITMT”) on another website:

tool, we need you to provide your Personal
Information. The processing of your Personal Information on ITMT is subject to

While using the Website, we also collect additional data
that we analyze anonymously. With anonymous data it is impossible to identify
an individual user. We analyze anonymous data to improve the usability of our
service, e.g., by analyzing the device data or the operating system. We use

note that no sensitive Personal Information will be requested for the use of the
